Freight Center: sustainable building
The cargo building is connected to a collective Heat and Cold Storage (CHS) installation and meets the sustainability ambition of Rotterdam The Hague Airport Business Park. The CHS installation is a sustainable system for underground heat and cold storage.
In addition, the Freight Center is TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certified and meets the cargo security standard imposed on logistics companies and carriers of theft-sensitive cargo.
Available office space
Freight Center has approx. 4,550 m² of warehouse space and approx. 1,650 m² of office space, and an outdoor area of over 5,000 m². We currently have approx. 284 m² office space available. Tenants of this property include logistics service provider Rhenus Logistics, Menzies Aviation and Spare Cargo.
